The firm's Merger and Acquisition capital requirement is $500M, of which $100M will be private equity; this will allow ECF to acquire commercial multi-family residential assets in targeted Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSA) within the southeastern quarter of the United States. ECF selects MSA sub-markets, which exhibit a current, resilient and vibrant micro-economy, coupled with public and private sector growth-initiatives scheduled over the next two years.
- $250K minimum, participating preferred shares
- Capital secured in MF commercial real estate holdings
- Investor capital earning 8% dividend, 15% yield, IRR 30%
- Multi-family / asset and property management NOI +10%
