  • Equity Capital Funding welcomes accredited investors who desire security, predictable yields and capital appreciation.
  • The partnership invests in approximately 10-15 projects annually throughout U.S. and Western European markets; these projects represent opportunities that operating developers would manage to completion, and the partnership receives interest and a share of the equity from the project. Limited partners receive their distribution of interest on the principal amount invested and a share of the capital appreciation of the project.
