ECF combines equity and bulk-financing funds using as little leverage as is prudent in order to acquire or reposition investment assets. Responsible use of financing leverage is one of our core capital protection strategies.
The General Partner retains a 1% interest in the Limited Partnership structure and maintains responsibility for the complete origination, management and exchange timing of project capital. Protection of and return on invested capital paid to investors and bulk financiers are among the primary mandates of ECF.
